Annual Business Meeting & Legislative Day

Monday, April 28, 2025

TARA is excited to invite all members to join an upcoming annual meeting and legislative meetup in Austin on Monday, April 28, 2025 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm! The meeting will begin at APRO’s North Austin office located at 8200 N. Mopac Expy. Parking is available in the building's lot at no charge.

The meeting starts at 10:00 am with a business meeting and keynote speaker, and ends at 4:00 pm following meetings with legislators downtown. After the business meeting adjourns at 11:30 am, attendees will enjoy a catered lunch. Following lunch, all attendees have the option to Uber downtown for the legislative meetings or drive and park downtown.

A full meeting schedule will be shared shortly. If you need hotel accommodations, there’s a Doubletree by Hilton Austin Northwest Arboretum located at 8901 Business Park Drive, Austin, TX. Click here to book a room – rooms start at $130 per night.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER TO ATTEND:

Step 1: Your Contact Information. You DO NOT need to login, simply enter your email address in the Your Contact Information section just below and click “GO” to find your profile match. Your first and last name will appear and a message that your membership or contact info has been confirmed or matched. If you have more than one email address on file, please try each one to find your contact information (if applicable). If your contact cannot be located you will be prompted to add your email address and name. Once your record is located or you have added your info, click “CONTINUE”.

Step 2: Select Registration Options. Click the “+” button to select the quantity of “1” next to your registration option. Click “CONTINUE”

Step 3: Registration Information. Choose yourself under <Who is the Attendee>. Some of your information will already be filled in and, if necessary, you can make changes. Please answer each question as requested. If information is required there will be a red line to the right of the field. You must enter information in that field (i.e. for Legislative Requests, if you don’t have a request, you must let us know by typing the word “none” or “no requests”). You will not be able to register until all required fields with a red line have been filled out. Click “CONTINUE”
